If you experience problems getting access to web pages, try with Mozilla (the most standards compliant user agent today or another recent Gecko-based browser). If it still fails, create a bug report in Bugzilla (product : Tech Evangelism, component : Western Europe) with :
- Steps to reproduce the bug
- contact information to reach the webmaster
